Dr. Pnina Bar-Sella has returned to her first home in Amirim after 17 years of activity and opened the gates of the "HITCHADSHUT" center for health activities throughout the year.

In an intimate BOUTIQUE HOTEL in the vegetarian village of Amirim, situated in the Galilee with the view of the Kinneret, surrounded by Mount Meron and Zefat, with their holy sites:

We have renovated with a lot of thought and love the "HITCHADSHUT" Center, as a center for cleansing of body and mind, and connection to the spirit. The workshop is based on Dr. Pnina Bar-Sella's philosophy of healing following Dr. Ann Wigmore's path.

WORKSHOPS
In the center there are regular workshops of 3-14 days throughout the year, in a relaxing and beautiful environment. The rooms are big and spacious, with a bathtub in every room. The
center includes: lecture halls, a lounge, a spa, and a vegan organic kitchen.

THE PROGRAM is an experience, and includes detoxification of body and mind from toxins and garbage, and also to connect with the universe's energies. The program is fitted for keeping a creative and healthy life, by providing treatment the following fields:
- Anti-ageing

- Digestion problems

- Weight loss
- Stress reduction
- Breathing Problems

- Chronic diseases

The program includes vegan nutrition, fasts, juices, wheat grass juice, meditation, positive thinking, working on your DNA, therapy with medicine herbs, guided imagination, introduction to the KABBALA, Kryon Philosophy, yoga, chi-gong, Feldenkreiz, massages, hydrocolonic therapy, etc.

WINTER PRICES
500 NIS per night in a single room
450 NIS per person per night – in a double room

PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit of 1000 NIS per one person.
2000 NIS per couple to be paid at registration time
Remainder of payment by credit card; up to 4 payments without interest.
At the long workshops you will be asked to fill out a health form. If the professional staff concludes that the workshop is not suited to your health, your money will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellation a week before the workshop starts, your money will be refunded minus a one night's fare.
